General Bonus Terms:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ko333 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Using software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Manipulation or collusion to exploit bonus offers
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack on ko333's systems or network

Ko333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Requesting self-exclusion voluntarily

You may request to close your account at any time. Any real funds remaining in the account will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

For inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months), an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may apply.
